These terms govern your use of Perch, a macOS app from so & so s. r. o. (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Perch, you agree to them.
The app
Perch is a menu-bar companion for Apple Reminders. It reads and writes reminders on your Mac via Apple’s EventKit frameworks. It does not provide its own cloud sync, accounts, or servers.
License
Subject to these terms and any App Store or purchase terms that apply, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Perch on Apple-branded Mac computers you own or control, for your own use.
Requirements
- macOS 26 or later
- Permission to access Reminders when prompted
Your data
Your reminders remain yours. Perch does not collect personal data. See ourPrivacy Policy for details. iCloud sync, if enabled, is provided by Apple under Apple’s terms.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell Perch except as allowed by law, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or Apple’s software terms.
Disclaimer
Perch is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that Perch will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every future macOS or Reminders change.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, so & so s. r. o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of Perch. Our total liability for any claim relating to Perch will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Perch after an update means you accept the revised terms. The effective date above will change when we do.
